All Printrooster products are printed on demand and shipped directly to you. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following countries:

· Canada
Production Time
Because every product is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. This is in addition to the shipping time shown at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Indicative rates for standard products are:
· United Kingdom: from £4.99
· United States: from £9.99
· Australia: from £6.99
· Canada: from £12.99
Larger products such as big framed prints or canvases may incur higher shipping costs due to their size and packaging requirements. The exact rate will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
· United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
· United States: 5–10 business days
· Australia: 5–10 business days
· Canada: 7–12 business days
These are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas.
Local Production
To keep delivery times short and reduce our environmental impact, your order is printed by a local production partner in or near your country. This means most orders travel a short distance to reach you.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@printrooster.com and we will investigate with our production partner. If an order is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
