Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Printrooster website or placing an order. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Printrooster is a wall art and print store operated by Kathy Hardy, trading as Printrooster. Our registered address is Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU, United Kingdom. You can contact us at contact@printrooster.com.
2. Products
All products sold by Printrooster are made to order. Product images and descriptions on our website are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Printrooster is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on your order. Shipping costs are additional and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Ordering
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case we will issue a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. All transactions are processed securely.
6. Production and Delivery
As all products are printed on demand, please allow 2–5 business days for production before dispatch. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with our Returns Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Printrooster website, including designs, images, logos, and text, is owned by or licensed to Printrooster and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written permission.
By placing an order, you confirm that you own or have the right to use any artwork or content you submit to us, and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printrooster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Your Statutory Rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. For UK customers, this includes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For Australian customers, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply. For US and Canadian customers, applicable federal and state/provincial consumer protection laws apply.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. However, if you are a consumer residing in another country, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
